Squads > BB Squad Training Times
Select Age Group Development Squad (N&D)
The basic entry standard for B squad is the ability to swim competently in all strokes and demonstrating an appetite
for competition. The aims of B squad are to develop swimmers technique, stamina and speed and to encourage the swimmer to
take part in the Northumberland and Durham Counties (N&D) championships, Graded Meets and the Durham and District Junior
League teams. Promotion to BB squad will be the joint responsibility of the B squad coach and the Swimming Development Officers.
Squad News Great news !! From next Tuesday 10 February 2009 we have an extra training session on a Tuesday night from 8.15pm
to 9.15pm in the small pool. Also we are going to start some basic land training after normal training on a Sunday morning.
Starting on Sunday 8 February 2009. The land training will take about 15 minutes so we will finish at about 12.30pm.
Please bring an old teeshirt to put on over your swimwear

NEEDED! If your child is attending Time Trials, your help will be very much appreciated.
Everyone involved in the club helps on a voluntary basis and were once new to swimming.
So please don't hesitate to introduce yourself to people on the poolside if you'd like to help we'll show you what to do!
