Basic entry standard	The ability to swim competently in all strokes and demonstrating an appetite for competition.
Aims	To further develop swimmers technique, stamina and speed.  To encourage the swimmer to take part in the county (N&D), graded meets and the Durham and District Junior League teams.  Promotion to BB squad will be the joint responsibility of the B squad coach and the Swimming Development Officer
