| Mar - Elliot Keeler, Finalist at N&D's in 100 breast stroke. Well done Elliot. |
May - Nicola Hastings, for her outstanding attendance record at training
sessions and her performances at the NER Youth Championships.

- Angus Waugh. Angus has an excellent attendance rate, always gives 100% in both training and competition and swam
an excellent PB in the 200 F/C at Middlesborough. |

- Honor Heirons who always tries her best and won two bronze medals
at the Blyth Summer gala in two PB times. Well done Honor. |

- Nathan Falcus for some excellent swims at the Gateshead and Whickham meet and a good level of attendance at training. Well

| Sep - Robyn Waugh
for her outstanding performance at the Triathlon Nationals finishing fourth in her age group |
| Oct - Sam Cornell. Sam produced PB performances at both Darlington and
Tynemouth, winning a bronze medal at the Tynemouth Gala. Sam is also training well at the moment. |
| Nov - Olivia Murphy. Olivia has been training extremely well over the past
few weeks and making huge improvements in both speed and technique. Keep up the good work! |
| Dec - Chris Dixon for his performances at NER's at the start of the
month. Chris reached the finals of both the 50 breast stroke and 100 breast stroke finishing 8th and 7th respectively |
